KIR2DL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR2DL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,534 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR2DL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMBR-AS1, IFRD1, and PTGES. Each is linked with KIR2DL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR2DL1-to-partner and partner-to-KIR2DL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NMBR-AS1 grouped by KIR2DL1-low versus KIR2DL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR2DL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR2DL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
