KIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,018 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with KIN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIN-to-partner and partner-to-KIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport grouped by KIN-low versus KIN-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
