KIF9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11L1, SLC17A3, and FAM170A. Each is linked with KIF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF9-to-partner and partner-to-KIF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11L1 grouped by KIF9-low versus KIF9-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
