KIF5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF5C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, mTOR_pS2448, and ATM. Each is linked with KIF5C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF5C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by KIF5C-low versus KIF5C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
