KIF5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,632 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS30, IDE, and PTCD3. Each is linked with KIF5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF5C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS30 grouped by KIF5C-low versus KIF5C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
