Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,439 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF5B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with KIF5B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF5B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by KIF5B-low versus KIF5B-high in KIDNEY.
