KIF5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 336 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, SCT, and CYP39A1. Each is linked with KIF5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF5B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by KIF5B-low versus KIF5B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
