Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF3AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,629 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF3AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01983, MUC4, and MUC20-OT1. Each is linked with KIF3AP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF3AP1-to-partner and partner-to-KIF3AP1 results are reported.
