Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF3AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,854 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF3AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle budding, Stress granule assembly, and Regulation of carbohydrate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with KIF3AP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF3AP1-to-partner and partner-to-KIF3AP1 results are reported.
