Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,336 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC20_T70, CDK1, and CHAF1B_S410. Each is linked with KIF2C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C versus CDC20_T70 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
