KIF2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01202, MTCO2P21, and MTCO2P19. Each is linked with KIF2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01202 grouped by KIF2C-low versus KIF2C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
