Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, p62 Lck ligand, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with KIF2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2C results are reported.
