Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,577 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with KIF2C in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2C results are reported.
