KIF2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA3DP, DTHD1, and FABP9. Each is linked with KIF2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOA3DP grouped by KIF2C-low versus KIF2C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
