KIF2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLX, PARP2, and ORC6. Each is linked with KIF2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLX grouped by KIF2B-low versus KIF2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
