KIF2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,607 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA1, CWC27, and NUB1. Each is linked with KIF2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF2A versus RASA1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
