KIF2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC8, CWC27, and DIMT1. Each is linked with KIF2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF2A versus ERCC8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
