KIF2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,587 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IPO11, MTREX, and MATR3. Each is linked with KIF2A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF2A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF2A versus IPO11 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
