KIF26A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF26A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 314 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF26A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DECR1, MTCO1P11, and TSNAX-DISC1. Each is linked with KIF26A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF26A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF26A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF26A versus DECR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF26A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF26A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
