Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF21B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,336 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF21B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL1, CCDC178, and PIPSL. Each is linked with KIF21B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF21B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF21B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF21B versus CXCL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF21B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF21B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
