KIF21B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF21B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,395 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF21B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRC1, GPI, and RAB3A. Each is linked with KIF21B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF21B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF21B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRC1 grouped by KIF21B-low versus KIF21B-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF21B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF21B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
