Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF21B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,229 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF21B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Transsulfuration, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with KIF21B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF21B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF21B results are reported.
