KIF20A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF20A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF20A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C22orf46, TEDC1, and UBE2L3. Each is linked with KIF20A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF20A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF20A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C22orf46 grouped by KIF20A-low versus KIF20A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF20A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF20A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
