KIF18B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF18B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF18B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFDP1_S23, TOP2A_S1106, and TOP2A_S1247. Each is linked with KIF18B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF18B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF18B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF18B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF18B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
