KIF13B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF13B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,500 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, RBMY1J, and DTWD1. Each is linked with KIF13B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF13B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF13B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
