KIF13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 369 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, PPIAL4D, and ALDH6A1. Each is linked with KIF13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF13A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by KIF13A-low versus KIF13A-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
