KIF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, KLHL40, and S100G. Each is linked with KIF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF12-to-partner and partner-to-KIF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 grouped by KIF12-low versus KIF12-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
