KIDINS220

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIDINS220 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,667 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIDINS220-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, SND1, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with KIDINS220 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIDINS220-to-partner and partner-to-KIDINS220 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIDINS220 versus RPL5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIDINS220→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIDINS220) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
