Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIDINS220 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIDINS220-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPR1, PPP1R16B, and ARRB1. Each is linked with KIDINS220 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIDINS220-to-partner and partner-to-KIDINS220 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIDINS220 versus XPR1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIDINS220→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIDINS220) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
