Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIDINS220 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,328 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIDINS220-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKN3, PTH1R, and GNL3. Each is linked with KIDINS220 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIDINS220-to-partner and partner-to-KIDINS220 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKN3 grouped by KIDINS220-low versus KIDINS220-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIDINS220→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIDINS220) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
