The most reproducible KIDINS220-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Cytosolic transport, and Negative regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with KIDINS220 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIDINS220-to-partner and partner-to-KIDINS220 results are reported.
