KIAA2013

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA2013 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,718 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA2013-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4B, NUDC, and RCC2. Each is linked with KIAA2013 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA2013-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA2013 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA2013 versus UBE4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA2013→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA2013) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
