KIAA2013

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA2013 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,026 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA2013-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2U2P, RNU6-211P, and KRTAP4-16. Each is linked with KIAA2013 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA2013-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA2013 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2U2P grouped by KIAA2013-low versus KIAA2013-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA2013→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA2013) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
