KIAA2013

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA2013 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA2013-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, FOXO3a, and MEK1. Each is linked with KIAA2013 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA2013-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA2013 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by KIAA2013-low versus KIAA2013-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA2013→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA2013) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
