Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIAA1841 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,261 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA1841-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis, Cytokinesis, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with KIAA1841 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1841-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1841 results are reported.
