Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA1841 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KIAA1841 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher KIAA1841 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA1841 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and COAD show a favorable association.
MESO, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where KIAA1841 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
