Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA1671 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KIAA1671 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KIAA1671 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA1671 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where KIAA1671 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
