Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA0753 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KIAA0753 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KIAA0753 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA0753 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and READ show a favorable association.
ACC, KICH, and LGG are the cancer types where KIAA0753 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
