The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher KIAA0753 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA0753 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KICH, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where KIAA0753 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
