Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA0513 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KIAA0513 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher KIAA0513 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA0513 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where KIAA0513 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
