KHSRP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHSRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHSRP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, CHAF1A, and RBBP6. Each is linked with KHSRP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHSRP-to-partner and partner-to-KHSRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KHSRP versus SF3B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHSRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHSRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
