KHSRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KHSRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 484 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHSRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1J, IFNA4, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with KHSRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHSRP-to-partner and partner-to-KHSRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1J grouped by KHSRP-low versus KHSRP-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHSRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHSRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
