KHK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,923 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHK-associated genes across cancer lineages are B4GAT1, PREB, and CISD3. Each is linked with KHK in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHK-to-partner and partner-to-KHK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KHK versus B4GAT1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHK→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
