KHK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 497 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD74B, LINC01820, and NPBWR2. Each is linked with KHK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHK-to-partner and partner-to-KHK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD74B grouped by KHK-low versus KHK-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHK→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
