Across TCGA cell cohorts, KHK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,220 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial transport, Alcohol biosynthetic process, and Blood vessel morphogenesis. Each is linked with KHK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHK-to-partner and partner-to-KHK results are reported.
