Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KHDRBS3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KHDRBS3 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher KHDRBS3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KHDRBS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UVM, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where KHDRBS3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
