Across TCGA cell cohorts, KERA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 101 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KERA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translation at synapse, modulating synaptic transmission, Positive regulation of hair follicle maturation, and Tissue migration. Each is linked with KERA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KERA-to-partner and partner-to-KERA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translation at synapse, modulating synaptic transmission grouped by KERA-low versus KERA-high in BREAST.
