Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,392 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KDM8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THUMPD1, ERO1A, and VEZF1. Each is linked with KDM8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM8-to-partner and partner-to-KDM8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM8 versus THUMPD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
