KDM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and Rad50. Each is linked with KDM8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM8-to-partner and partner-to-KDM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by KDM8-low versus KDM8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
