KDM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, PES1, and INTS10. Each is linked with KDM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM8-to-partner and partner-to-KDM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPECC1L grouped by KDM8-low versus KDM8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
